About
We are Voice4Her and we are dedicated to empowering, uplifting and representing women aged 45 and above, both locally in the United Kingdom and globally. Our mission is to enhance the physical, mental and financial well-being of women by providing comprehensive support, advocacy, and collaborative partnerships. We work with all women but wish to prioritise women from racialised and marginalised backgrounds.

Vision
To work, support and advocate on behalf of our core audience, which is:-

Women aged over 45+

Women from all cultures and backgrounds (but focusing on those from racialised and minoritised communities).

Women from different faith or non-faith backgrounds

Disabled women (those impacted by mobility, sensory, developmental, mental health, ill health and long term conditions.)

Women impacted by health and social-economic inequities.
Mission

Offer comprehensive training, consultancy, and research services.

Advocate through lobbying efforts and ensure the intersectional needs of women are highlighted.

Foster networking opportunities.

Facilitate the sharing of knowledge and experiences.

Organise various activities.

Arrange trips and retreats both in the UK and abroad.
